From 1990 -1997 Ed was a consultant to Coca-Cola as an expert in “Branding” and “Non-Traditional” / “Intercept-Marketing”, a concept that allows national restaurant brands to enter new and emerging markets by using modular merchandising, carts and kiosks and advance cooking technologies. As consultants Mr. Schwartz focused on equipment and technology applications representing equipment brands such as Alto- Shaam, Winston Industries, Henny Penny, Southbend, Middleby, Turbo Chef and others committed to the development of advanced cook and hold applications.
